Thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way!
This year I’ve loved every moment of my small part in working with Para-Cycling USA and their build-up to the Paralympic Games. Over the last two weeks in Paris, we’ve executed a plan where staying calm during stressful situations can reflect on athlete performance, a plan where every detail and action counts, and with finding solutions to keep moving forward.
As I reflect, I wonder how I ended up being a part of this amazing experience. I can only put it down to asking questions, listening, and putting my hand up to help when challenges arise, and I take pride in my ability to plug into a team environment.
I can’t thank my current and former work colleagues, employers, and mentors enough for their guidance, and the resulting skills and knowledge I’ve gained throughout my scenic journey within the bike industry.
I'm looking forward to continuously improving into the future, and I’m excited as to what other paths may open.
